Happy New Year Everyone!!!!!!!
My first and biggest challenge will be meal planning, so I have committed myself today to use the meal information on this site to map out a week or two of meals and snacks. From that I will have a grocery list to use. This concept sounds so simple but it is the part that I will struggle the most with. Taking lunch and snacks to work should be a normal thing to do but not for me. It is going to be very weird for me to brown bag it. But I can do it. I know I will.
I hope this new year brings nothing but positive and good things!

Hi Mycatisollie,
Brown bagging was not my ideal lunch activity either...but actually with coupon clipping, planning your trip to the grocery, sticking to your list 100%, and brown bagging it. Your wallet should increase as your body decreases! Good luck!!!
