a new day.. another ride over with goooood mornin fs...you ever notice ther are just some days you get outta bed an you just cant wait to get going...well today wasnt one of them days..but i got ready an was headed out the door on my morning bike ride..just cant believe the energy level i have to do a 20 mile ride an at same time into a 22 hour fast..you would think i would be crawlin inside after getting off the bike...an really its like im loaded on something..just unreal the energy level i have...

ty jimmie...lol...im sure we all have them kinda days for a workout...just gotta push thru it...

i use cateyeatlas dot com to track my rides and my mileage..it tells me i need to average 15.75 miles a day...only problem with that...if it rains...i loose a ride..so im thinking 20 miles when i ride..an that should average it out...

ty five2...yeah the energy level is unbelievable ...i never would of thought id have this kind of energy with no carbs in me...
