Aaaaaand you get to lick the beater clean when you are done, so even though I wasn't hungry or planning to eat today I added a tbsp of peanut butter to my log because I licked it all off :)

of course camels are not associated with boy parts, more of a girl parts analogy, but considering you like word play, I thought you were being slick :)

Now, after the kitchen repairs I decided to mix up a batch of hair conditioner and give my hair some TLC, so I mixed an egg, coconut oil, ACV and 1/2 cup of cream in the blender and poured it on my hair and plopped a plastic baggie bowl cover over it. Sitting here typing to you guys it completely melted and started running down my neck. My dog came over and started eating it!!! She acts like this is the best thing she has eaten in two weeks!! LOL I hope my hair likes it as much.

Debrafrederick, I absolutely LOVE what you come up with: a beater in a drill, food for conditioner. No doubt about it, you are a woman after my own heart!

Well my hair this morning is very soft and shiny! Thanks PJ! I always believe that since your skin soaks up things like a sponge, it's a bad idea to put things on it that you would be hesitant to eat....which eliminates about 99.9% of all of the commercially available personal hygiene products out there, so we do what we can to diminish toxic overload :)

I am fasting Kathleen, at least till my interest in food makes a comeback :) The peanut butter was good :) I will have to look into the scrub brush attachment that could come in handy! Months ago I had dumped the peanut butter into a bowl and used a paint mixer with the drill to stir the peanut butter, but then hubby used the paint mixer for it's actual purpose so using it after that was out. It never occurred to me to try the beaters in the drill till they were all hanging around in the same space. Also, the bowl mixing method wasted a lot of the peanut butter because it was difficult to do a complete scraping of the bowl. The single beater fit right down into the jar.

Why stop with the drill? Next time you need to carve a roast, just whip out the circular saw.

LOL Jimmie, the meat slicer is sufficient there, the saw got a little messy slinging stuff all over the kitchen....it had overtones of Texas Chainsaw Massacre sooooo I invested in something a little neater :) I have not yet found a kitchen type tool that will mix heavy, very thick substances in a space of less than 4 inches in diameter without bogging down and burning up. Power tools are the bomb!
