Good grief: today's eating was so cray-cray, I don't even want to think about it! Taking a bus-and-train-and-bus trip for 30 miles during Crush Hour with not nearly enough water and fats is going to be a major pain for me, and I get to do it every 2nd Monday. And, my phone doesn't like to hold a charge any more, yet I can't afford to get a new battery before I move. Oy!
Okay, enough grousing. I kept my Carbs under 15% today, and that is doing pretty danged well for me. Plus, the trip to Daiso was way under $20: let's hear it for sticking to the budget!
