Dropped a coupla pounds since last Sunday, hurray! Keto is my friend!


Didn't exercise as much as I thought I would today, so lots of net calories. I think I'm gonna just not even mention them in my Journal any more, since I have a greater interest in the Macros. The Fats seem to hover around 75% or so, but I'd like to see them stay at least 80% which means I've got some work to do. My headache is back (it could be from staring at the laptop for too many hours at a time), so I think I'm done with the Journal post for the day. Chiropractrix tomorrow, followed by the Monthly Trip To Daiso (huzzah!!!), followed by yarn-spinning with friends: gonna be a good day!

Yes, Carmen1098, making yarn is GREAT fun! It's also soothing and relaxing for me. Hmmmmmm, I might need to return to spinning every day, maybe that would stop -- or at least slow -- any stress eating.
