Hello group....went to the gym to workout tonight and made it only 15 mins on the treadmill....over the weekend it was a freaking headache and today it was my stupid knee....I hope like H i havent re-fractured the bone under my kneecap but it hurts like H. I am going to baby it tonight with ice and a brace to see how it feels in the morning. I hope i just slept on my leg wrong or bruised the outside of my knee....i will NOT let this defeat me and get me off track

15 minutes is still 15 minutes Mom. Don't you fret over it. There are other way to get your cardio. Do you remember back in high school? Where the gym teacher made you hold your arms out to your sides? Then do circles with them? Or if it doesn't hurt your knee you can put a brook stick over your shoulders and behind your neck and do twists. ANYTHING that gets the ticker beating is good. I am proud of you also. you are doing great.

thank you guys...i had forgot all about what we did when i was in gym in high school. i think i will try the arm thing...that way i could work on my arms since i did not do any machines today...Thanks Knuckles...and Chris thank you for the good vibes for my knee....

NM when I first started the elliptical I could do a whole 5 minutes level one elevation one. Now I can do a hour very easily and that is at elevation of 15 and level 15, it takes on step at a time and if you do one step that is further than someone sitting home on the couch is doing. You are doing amazing, keep up the great work.
