I trimmed my beard way down today and can see my jawline and neck are much skinnier than I’ve seen them in a long time.
The old rule of last fat on is the first off seems right since my visceral belly still has a few inches to go. I have another date tomorrow so I’ll see if she is ok with me being 10 lbs skinnier than my picture.

186.8 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb. Still to go: 1.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh is that a concern that many men have - whether a woman will find them less or more attractive with considering the difference between “beauty standards” for men and women…. KayBuckaroo yes thanks so much for your words. I kinda wish FS had a dating site lol. There are so many kind and fun women on this site. I’m going to get off the online dating for a while and just bump into people out IRL. I’ve always done better that way. I’ve been single for like 16 months and I’m ok with it. I don’t have to be defined by a relationship. It needs to be right in the future
