I haven't found one either except for super body building ones.. Not what I'm looking for. ;)

I'm in the "Starting Strength" group; Ruthless4me had posted in there which brought it across my feed and I joined it. It doesn't look very busy, 15ppl. I've been using Bodyspace at Bodybuilding.com to track workouts, strength progression, etc... I would definitely recommend it on a personal level to track workouts and progress. Count me in for anything 'Strength Training' over here though. I've lifted in the past, but was never organized and dedicated to it, but I am now. It's my other FS, lol.

Have you been to Reddit? There are subreddits for just about everything under the sun and the population is much larger than here on FS. I started following reddit/r/keto and the information shared there is very helpful.

Just an additional note of humor for Bodyspace, you get weekly update emails on your progress and they've been catching me off guard with subjects like "Frosty - So Are You Just Going to Lift All the Weight in the Gym or Leave Some For Other People?" and the one today "Frosty - Someone Call the Zoo Because There Are a Couple of Pythons on the Loose". Not seeing who the email was from initially, just seeing the subject, I was like "Uh oh.. Are they saying we shouldn't go to the Zoo this week??? I don't remember a snake exhibit, maybe that's new...", because we've got a Zoo membership and all, and then I saw who it was from... The weekly "automated" emails do a great job at summering into sentences and bullet points the accomplishments for the week. Reddit is good, but I'm a fan of small and familiar.

Thank you will look at reddit as I am working on fitness, will stay here as well but am always open to help on any level that will help me on my journey. Those competition body sites are not for me. This 66 yo gramma isn't into muscle building competition, being as fit and strong as I can be yes!! .

Thanks all ,, I have done strength training before and really love it,, and am just planning to get back at it so that's why I was looking for a group . I will take a look at what yall suggested but will plan to maybe start something here on FS for us Non Body Builders LOL ,, I am not judging them by any means they are awesome,, I am jealous of course,, I just don't have that stamina or time to put into the Gym . I am doing Jaimie Eason's 12 week Live Fit Work out . I have followed her before and she is great . she lays it all out and its a good place to REstart . Thanks for your Feedback FS Friends .

Jeffit was my first app to track gym work, bought it and used it for a while, then some how a lot of info I was Googling led me to BB, and that is where I found Bodyspace. Both apps have their pros & cons. BB is by no means for body building competitors only; it offers a great way to track workouts (strength, cardio, stretching, plyo, & custom exercises). I've got a hard time remembering workout to workout how much weight I use. I'm on BB as 'FrostyHeimdall', no space.

Tamarah, I lift at least 3 times a week... I only know what I did when I played football... oh so many years ago. I joined that group also (because I read your post asking). Hopefully we both will get good information.

Yes, the app is called "Bodyspace", available for both Droid and apple.

I'll have to check it out as I want to start adding more weights instead of machines to my gym workouts. Hopefully will get back to the gym shortly.

If you go to a gym try a Body Pump class. If you don't, go on Youtube and search Body Pump. They'll be plenty of videos on instruction.
