plan had been to do a morning workout in the gym...reality was alarm clock woke me up..i shut it off..an went back to sleep...just cant seem to get enough sleep with this heat wave...even though the days have cooled down some...just so tired when i lay down at night...soooooo...decided today to eat less carbs then usual....just to keep my body guessin as to what its gonna eat today...have been eating more carbs and exercising less....not a good thing...but at least i kno that the carbs are my problem when i dont exercise...todays plan...water to flush out the system...an get back on track...so that by monday i am in the gym an back into a routine...

I'm not getting enough sleep either in this heat. I work at a desk most of the day - but by the end of the day, it's like I can feel the heat piercing the roof and I just get tired. Listen to your body!
