Try cucumber yougurt instead of salad dressing. Find it in the fresh vege aisle. Comes in other flavors also.

Bacon is the perfect food. Well... bacon and cheesecake. The cheesecake is a very occasional indulgence. :( Too occasional.

I've been putting my vanilla greek yogurt on my salads as dressing. It's great and since I was going to eat the yogurt anyway...most of the ingredients in my salads are foods that I usually eat separately lol.

I make most of mine dressing with olive oil and vinegars. blue cheese made with yogurt and a bit of olive oil mayo is terrific,
