Ouch, I did it. I didn't want to post this/record it in my food journal, but I'm not doing myself any good not recording it. I'm an honest person and the worst person to hide something from is, yourself. Sooo....on that note...I ate that lamb chop that was sitting in my fridge. I'm at 1215 calories. I allow myself 1200 and usually don't get to that. It's done, but life goes on. It could be worse--eating really bad junk and going over, but ah....I'll get over this. LOL. Dang it, I screwed up! Tomorrow is a new day!
