all these commercials on tv about loosin weight...if only it was that easy...goood sunday mornin everyone...rain moved thru again last night...heavy rain, but now its gone for a day or 2...wakin up to commercials on tv ...take this..take that...use this equipement for 30 days an see the difference...or your money back...geeez...an its always a nice slim person using the equipement...and they arent even sweatin either...hows that happen...i sweat my butt off anytime i exercise...yeah im tired of hearin how easy it is..cause its not...loosinisfun isnt as fun as it once was...i think the easy weight i worked off came off easy, but now im tryin to get off the harder weight...the main stomach fat...an im here to tell you its stubborn...not sure anymore what its gonna take to get it off...took days off from walking an have been doing crunches and riding the bike...thinkin takin the time off from walkin will keep my body guessin for a change..i do miss my morning walks, but gonna try an make a routine of ridin the bike along with crunches a habit for 30 days or so...one of them play it by ear routines to see how long it is before i get bored with it an go bck to walkin again...lol...well need to get up an get breakfast...so i can go out an ride to no where once again this morning and then come bck in an get on the floor an do my crunches....have a greatttttttttttttttttt sunday everyone....

LOL - do you thing those commercials would sell as much if they had heavy, sweaty people in them? I personally would love to see that - REAL people using the equipment! Sorry losin' isn't quite as fun right now, but you're still doing the right things. Hang in there, twin!
