OK that was on pound down. Not stellar progress. But I am not in a rush.
We were not quite done with Christmas as we got to celebrate according to the orthodox calendar as well with the traditional 12 dishes of Christmas eve. It was so great.
I am keeping up with my workouts. Doing strength exercises, running and walking. I am pretty happy with how that is right now.
For strength I am working on my January goals. To get stronger and improve on these baselines
10 pushups
90 seconds plank
15 lunges (up down with 8 lbs weights)
1 crow (yoga position... not sure I will do this one beyond a second)
Weather has been nice as I am experiencing my first BC mountain and lake living. A bit grey and mild. It is nice to run around here. I love being watched by deer. I run to a little creek about 4 kilometers away
