Good morning! Glad you got to sleep in. I am sure you will catch up on your workouts later. Rainy here today but no more until Monday. I prefer the sunny weather but quiet, rainy days can be good too. Drinking coffee but will get moving soon. Have a wonderful Wednesday!:)

I am so old school that if my eyes pop open and my brain is working I say to myself, “I’m awake”. And if I wake up with my glasses on and my book on my chest, I say “I must have fallen asleep” I guess I need to consider more sophisticated methods.
