Week 4 Day 6

Well well well.....One more day til I start back over with Classic. I am excited and can not wait to start working it out. I ended up doing cardio x today because I just wanted to work up a little sweat. My last day of recovery is either to rest or do stretch x...I am leaning towards stretch x because I really want to become more flexible and the only way that is going to happen is if I work at it.

Today was a pretty decent day, I am tired of folks always complaining on my job, I mean at least you HAVE a job how about 'dem apples.

Anyway, I only have a few more hours then its date night. Oh there was a street fair and I did have 3 zeppoles these Italian donuts....OMG it was so worth it....
