Week 4 Day 5

Wow, every time I put up the week and day it makes me feel good. I am sticking with the program. I did the Stretch x today.

I also jumped on the scale today, I was feeling svelte and wanted to see it for myself. I am wondering though because my scale tells me body fat and water.... I am retaining some heavy water, I am wondering if its because TOM is coming on Monday?????

Crap is that going to affect my weigh in. Crap on a stick.

Oh I also decided that I am going to move to Classic for the rest of my time on P90X. I really think I can do it and I wanna see some definition. I am debating if I want to post my first 30 day pics, I may just put up my inches, body fat etc.

I just had a small snack and now i am hungry but i want to wait a few more hours before I eat again. I swear the harder I work out the more I wanna EAT!!!!!

Sounds like you are doing really well. I just started week 10 yesterday and I think after I'm done with this round of lean I'm going to try classic also. Good luck! I'm sure I'll be asking your advice on classic soon enough, so be prepared.

Yes maam.... I am just confused about what i should do for phase two. I know I can push my body and I don't think by going from Lean to Classic I am going to look like th hulk...at least I hope not.

I do Classic - do I look like the Hulk? I keep it between about 1600-1900 calories, although this past week I have bumped up to 2,000. And I'm still losing. You have to eat enough to lose, esepcially when you're doing P90X. Did you ever get to the doctor about that cough?

Thanks, I actually found this life coach, coach Nancy, and I have decided to start with Classic next week. I am going into p120x, but I feel good. The inches have been coming off, which I am happy about and I am half way accepting that the numbers on the scale are not going to change but as long as the bofy fat and the clothing size goes down.... I am good. Crap...no I have not seen a doctor yet. I have dropped the ball on that one.

those are 2 very different programs. lean is meant more for cardio, classic is meant more to build muscles. you will NOT look like the hulk. you will build beautiful lean muscles. you can do whatever you put your mind to. just do it!!!

Thanks partner...You are wonderful...Thanks for being there and listening to my craziness. I am excited about starting classic. While I was thinking about what to do. I also found her blog thingy which was great. http://www.pressplayfitness.com/tag/coach-nancy-p90x/ Which was pretty great too? I am going to start over, with my weeks and weight, but going to keep my original measurements.
