That is a tiny slice! You can really eat anything you want if you practice portion control. The only time it works for me is when I'm eating away from home.

You've mastered selecting the right portion for your caloric budget!

It's such a great example - it's not just 200lb bodybuilders like Diablo who can have cake, even women on fairly normal/average calories who don't lift heavy can enjoy some.

Oats, I didn't have a lot of calories left for dessert since I had the higher cal Quesadilla for lunch, but I really wanted a taste of this cake. I cut a tiny piece & weighed it. If I had more calories to spare, I would have had a slightly bigger slice. As it is, I got my taste & was happy with it. You're right, you can eat what ever you want as long as you don't get triggered to eat an uncontrolled amount.

I had to eat carrot cake. I like it but why the calories are so high I'll never figure out. Now I'm back to sugar-free Jell-O pudding.
