Babs, I just read about your brother and husband! What a trying time for you! As hard as it may be, keep with your healthy plan. Take time to get outdoors and take a walk, reflecting on the good times with your brother. Praying for your husband's speedy recovery, and thanking God for his sister coming to help you both. Babs, I am sooo sorry. I have been so wrapped up with my neighbor that I have not been here reading journals as I usually would. I feel terrible that I did not realize your brother had passed and that hubby is also ill. I will be praying for you, your hubby, and all your family. Hugs and again, you have my deepest sympathies!
