Zanly, the calories for the sandwich were listed @ 980. 450 for the fries. I decided before my meal was served, I should probably only eat half. I was full so it wasn't hard stopping 😁

Love a Nashville hot chicken. Definitely a nice meal to splurge calories on. Hope you had fun!

SherryeB, when you put it that way, I understand completely, yikes!! That's about what I'm keeping calorie count at for a whole day, but of course, I would have eaten another meal or two after/before that back in the day ;) It sure makes a difference when you track everything, doesn't it

YAAL98, sometimes I do stop eating when I'm full, especially in a resteraunt. I do find that deciding what my serving is going to be while I'm preparing a meal makes it easy. I know how any calories it is beforehand. I've been in maintenance for 2 years so I usually know how much I can eat to feel full. Occasionally, if something tastes really good, it can be easy to eat more than I should. That's why when I'm not deciding on the portion size I'm being served, I decide how much of it I'll choose to eat before I start eating & overdo it.
