I surrender!!!!!!!!SO so so so sick of this stalemate.I step on the scale expecting results and its the same dang number!
One whole week of nothing.I am too far from my goal to be plateauing.Need some motivation!!!help please.I'm one step away from grabbing those cookies in the pantry and a large glass of milk followed by attacking my kids snack stash!!!

You can plateau at any weight, it has only been a week though so I wouldn't say you have plateaued yet. A week is nothing to worry about, keep doing your thing eat healthy exercise and eventually the scale will move. I will say take measurements, that way when the scale does stick you can see changes even if the scale doesn't show it. If you haven't done this yet google "why the scale lies" It might help you as well.

You need to be HAPPY that the NUMBERS are not GOING UP on your scale - so you are doing something right!! Be proud of that!! I have also experienced this, just keep eating healthy and keeping track on your food diary. If you are working out and building muscle, your body will start burning more calories, which should get you going in the right direction.. You may even need to do a little cheat - I sometime find when I cheat a little it confuses my body. If you eat about the same calories everyday and burn about the same everyday - you need to mix it up a little. JUST KEEP MOVING, and KNOW we are here Cheering you on!!! YOU CAN DO IT!! YOU ROCK!!

You might wake up tomorrow 4 pounds lighter. That's the way it goes with weight loss. Just because you don't see the results on the scale doesn't mean there aren't any. We lose body fat in weird places and it doesn't always show on the scale each week. The scale is just a compass pointing us in the direction we need to go. It doesn't tell the whole story or how fit we are. Just keep going.

OK_well-I got out of the house today and went outta town.So,that helped with my stircraziness.I think it was a lot with me stuck in my head...which is a dangerous place to be.So,Thanks you guys for your support.Y'all had some strong valid points that I needed to hear.I mean it!!Ok-break's over-Lets do this!!!

This is atkins and there are NO CHEAT DAYS!!! Either you follow the plan or you don't.If you Cheat, yes your confusing the body alright.Your letting it know you'll feed it sugar so it doesn't have to burn the fat for fuel.Therefore slow to no weight loss.You had a slip,don't let it knock you out.Eat your veggies and count your nc's.Tomorrow just start right back on plan.I agree about measuring youself.Sometimes the scale seems stuck but the tape will move.Hang in there.You'll be jeans before you know it. nonna
