Hello
Still sticking to a health diet and just finished a caravan holiday on Anglesey where I walked the dogs a good four miles every day.
I feel well and reasonably fit but postpone checking my weight for fear of disappointment. How stupid is that. I will definitely jump on the scales this weekend and see what's been happening.

I wish everyone success with their ambitions on weight loss and healthy dieting. Just keep focused.
