I have been doing ok on weight watchers; the second week I barely lost, but it appears that I may have lost some for the next weigh in. It's been easy sticking to the plan, and for the past 2 weeks I have used some of my flex points-I know I would do much better if I stuck to 0 flex points, but it's not realistic for me so I'll just keep on going this way for now.....Do any of you weight watchers use their flex points, and lose?

i dont use mine, but if i go over, i just try to go a little under the next day. does that make sense? you'll find what works for you, if it means none or only occasionally, your body and the scale will tell ya. good luck!

That's not always true with the flex points. Many people lose way better when they eat half or all of their flex. You have to play around with them to find out. Some people think if they eat less than their daily points, they will do better, but many end up gaining. Don't be afraid to use them, because the more you eat while losing, the more you eat while maintaining. Plus, why suffer? If you can eat and lose and enjoy you life while doing it, why not? Many people use a few every day and others save them for the weekends for special things. The other good thing about using them is when you hit a plateau, you can cut them down. If you just eat your daily points every day and have a plateau, you can't cut your daily points, because they are the minimum you are supposed to eat. The daily points will drop as you lose weight any way. Play around with them and see what works for you individually. Good luck!

Sorry I can't help you out with weight watchers, but I want to wish you well. Hang in there!
