afterafterparty's Journal, 21 March 2011

The idea of losing weight is enticing (I think it always will be), but I am already on the low end for my height and frame (well, below typical given charts, but everyone is different and my doctors are okay with where I am) and so I need to focus on fitness. I wonder how reliable body fat scales are, or if I should have a personal trainer (or other professional) make this calculation. That way I have a more realistic idea of what my body fat percentage is and how I can improve upon this by building muscle.
