😒 Dinner was a bit salty last night. Guess it made me retain a whole lotta water. I even ate under my calorie total.
My knee has been bothering me....painful to bend it. My arthritis is acting up. It's a bit better today but not completely. I've taken Ibuprofen & rubbed it with Voltairen. It's funny that I've still been able to take my afternoon walks. It hurt more while I was in bed.
I've not been feeling motivated to do much. I did blow leaves off the front garden, the paths & the side patio today. It's impossible to keep up...it will be covered again in a day or 2.
I haven't gotten in the mood to put my Fall decor out yet...and usually by now it's done. I bought some stuff at Magnolia & did find a place for it when I unpacked. My daughter gave me a new Fall Coffee mug...it's on the counter 🍁🍂🎃
Shrimp pasta for dinner, tonight. Time to feed the dogs....
