Mick, go to the bottom of the list of foods on your phone. It should say something like "not correct, enter another". Enter your food item. Go to the bottom of that list. It will say "enter a new food".You will need the nutrition info as well as the calories.

JerseyGirl, I can have anything I want if it fits into my calorie allowance. The potatoes were approximately 133 calories, including the Olive oil for cooking. If you do Cico, no food is off limits.
