As long as you are following your plan to reduce caloric intake and get in some movement, the drops WILL come. They do not always come when we want, but if we stick with our lifestyle changes they will come. Stay the course and be patient with your body as it adapts. Best wishes to you.

Thanks y'all!!! I am so focused on my goal. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind. I'm doing it this time. Why did I have to wait until I'm 53 to figure out how to deal with my food addiction? Soooo many wasted years. No more!

I'm 65 and finally managing my weight so much better. little ups and downs but I don't get mad at myself anymore. You are adding years to your life now... yippee!
