I am so happy today I have been dreading my first assessment at the gym.. For one thing I went off plan and quit going for almost 3 weeks.. I improved on my stats. I am so please with the hard work I have done in the last two weeks I have lost over 3 inches.. I improved from 5 push ups to 15,squats 5 w/o kettle ball, today I did 15 correct with kettle ball, doubled my curls with 20 weight to 20 curls.. My planks are what blew me away... I started out with a 30 second plank I am up to 93 seconds... My tread mill speed and incline is up... Yeah me.. Iam doing this thing... Finally going to see my body again someday.. Spring of 15 is my goal..
