Another shitty deadlift day after a morning run. Hmmmmmm... Long day. Spent. Skipped abs and PullUps. And the sauna. Closed the gym. Went full Euro with dinner after 10. Onward.

Running and lifting don't mix in my experience. CNS overload.

I have to separate the running and lifting by at least 6 hours or so. But I also do full-body workouts so that's why. Jogging always affects leg power output.
