We have shredded wheat as our cold cereal. Love mine with nut milk and a bit of sugar and cinnamon! Reminds me of Life cereal 🥣

Chow Moore— one easy, effective place to cut sugar and calories is when you choose to eat cereal. Good fiber source in many, but most have added sugar. Retrain your tastebuds to enjoy the cereal without adding even more sugar. Easy place to shave away some of the calories while still allowing you to enjoy it once in a while. It will take very little time to realize how sweet cereal actually is without the extra sugar. Small changes, cumulative results working toward a healthier lifestyle change.

Many of us probably do not have cold cereal regularly, so when we do, I say make it special and put whatever you want on it! 🎉 One of the things I love about FS is that there is no judging; I can share my truth; e.g. Cheerios dinners! @ Shrewdness, my husband used to do that! Chow Moore, I like shredded wheat also. I’ll have to try your version!

I am not a cold cereal eater BUT two years ago I bought two family size boxes of pumpkin spice shredded wheat. It took months to work my way through it and it was delicious !!
