Maintenance Day 9 Lift Day
Today's Waist = 33 7/8"; Up 1/8" Target Waist = 32" - 34" Target Scale = 195# +/- 5#
Nailed the night snack yesterday. 5% Fage, scoop whey, 130g strawberries, dash vanilla, 5g honey, plus Next granola clusters (total garbage, btw, but w/e, I like the packaging). Super crunch and tasty, 45g protein.
Hit the scale at 197.6# last night on a whim, so was looking forward to better numbers this morning. Kicked the scale three times to no avail. Plus scale down and waist up. Whatever.
Feeling pretty good morning after first track day in years. Was able to maintain my lower cal rest day eating plan in spite of run, so pleased with that.
Productivity, energy, attitude, all up. Chilled right out through yesterday's sundowner bang around the house festival. With difficulty, but still. Did not intervene. Shit ran it's course. No big. Onward.
