Just be aware, if you aren’t already, that canned soups are just loaded with sodium which causes you to retain water and in salt sensitive people, drives your BP up. Do you monitor your BP? Every black person should be really aggressive at monitoring their BP at home. Mushrooms and rice are a great combo.
