No need to cook -- it's summertime, and there's fresh fruit galore in supermarkets. You'll save money and calories if you do a 1-2x/week trip to just buy berries and cherries. Really, it depends on your health goals right now, but I find summer to be the easiest of all the seasons to work towards something specific.

I know my opinion doesn't count for much but you look amazing just as you are and have come so far. that being said I'm not dumping on your goals. I've heard that same thing said to me. I've got a ways to go in my own mirror. lol.

Agree with Heb, you look lovely. You deserve the simple joy of sharing nice meals with loved ones. Cracker Barrel is so underrated. I miss its chicken and dumplings, the fireplace, vintage wall decor... the waitresses are friendly too and people just look plain happy there 🤣

I agree with hebrews1036 and yfritz. You deserve it! You’ve lost so much, and you look great. Cracker Barrel is worth it. It’s not like you’re eating ice cream on the couch alone or drinking, which wouldn’t be worth it. You’re treating yourself the RIGHT way, as in, in a way that’s worth it!

I just returned from Dallas where I ate every breakfast out for six days. We ate at Cracker Barrel once. The BF and I split things, 2/3 for him and 1/3 for me. The pancakes were ok. We ate at 2 other breakfast places that did an outstanding job of preparing terrific choices that had a slightly healthier bent. Best pancakes I ever had. If you ever get to Flower Mound, Texas, try a place called THE MORNING EDITION.

Love the hash brown casserole there - it’s a treat to enjoy on occasion! I find myself wanting to go out to eat a lot more now that we’re all vaccinated & our state lifted the mask mandate ( although we’re still wearing ours indoors in public spaces). Things will even out. And new routines established. Have a great day, TR3! ❣️

tr3, it can be a challenge, but it is possible to enjoy your meals out and stay on track. I've seen you post your meal from CB before, so maybe planning ahead can work for you. Kenna and JB made excellent suggestions. I would add, look up menu online, work the numbers (cals & macros) and put together a meal that you like, but also fits your program. I think you'll find that it's not that hard and you'll feel so much more in control when go in and enjoy without feeling like you went off plan. It takes some time, but aren't you worth it? One more thing, remember whatever is offered on the menu, you can get a la carte. For example, ask for tomato slices and cotton cheese, instead of hash browns or a beef patty instead of bacon. You've done a fantastic job so far and it shows. Keep enjoying yourself, but also mind your health. 💕

LOL, same problem here. BF wants to go out again all the time, which I enjoy, but it's challenging. I asked Monday if we could just start walking to the park again before it gets super hot. Better for all of us and much easier to talk.
