SPRING RECOMP 2021 - DAY 51
Been off sick 10 fuckin consecutive days now. So far this recomp has been a shit show. Of the 50 days now elapsed since launching on 4/1 -
* 10 Days Off due to Sinus Malaise * 3 Days Off due to Vaxx Malaise * 3 Unplanned Elbow Golf Ball Rest Days * 2 Half Ass Lift Days Cause Didn't Know Gym Hours * 1 Missed Lift Day Cause Didn't Know Gym Hours * 1 Day Lost to Covid Exposure
Waist up almost 2" and fat up almost 2# from where I "finished" my cut April 1. Still around 13%. 5 days out from my planned finish date. What a bunch of shit.
I'm done. Sorry, just needed to get my bitch on. I fully realize that these are trivial first world problems and many of you are dealing with real shit.

Get well soon !!!! I had my share of household health issues this week, only less stress factor is i retired May 14, so atleast i did not have the work issue worries.
