Katsolo's Journal, 28 April 2021

Having an episode of diverticulitis, this is not real weight, but explains why I couldn't finish my lunch yesterday. Good times, good times. Will be eating small portions, super easily digestible stuff the next few days and tons of fluids. Did I say good times, good times yet? Ugh. I need to figure out if I can make this a fat cutting opportunity. Movement is a little limited, but I can still walk, maybe swim and spin, I assume. No twisting. Will turn the current down though. Gentle in all movements. I suspect this is a direct result of high stress and not getting up enough during the day. I'm sitting here cussing because I really don't need this right now, but it's also my own darn fault. Stretchy pants FTW!

Press on, press on. Seems super fitting today.

TY for the info Kat. Sounds like IBS symptoms too, aside from the infection part. I will have to start paying more attention and see if it's been IBS acting up or the diverticulosis. Yeah, LOADS of fun it sounds like, lol.

IBS means they don’t really know what it is in my experience. That’s what i was diagnosed with for years. It’s a very broad diagnosis without a lot of direction on what to do.

Hmm, interesting. I was diagnosed IBS in my pre-teens (many, many, MANY moons ago). Stress is my primary trigger, but certain foods as well. I guess I'll have to start doing some research on diverticulosis. It was an "oh btw" kind of diagnosis while doing an MRI for kidney stones. Appreciate the info. ((HUGS))
