So....I have always been a very strong person..I am great at handling problems, and helping others with theirs if they ask..But 9 yrs ago mt Dad had a Brain stroke..he survived..they called him the "Miracle Boy" He could talk, eat..He was in ICU for about a wk..then one day I got to see him & they said he had a bad nite and was in a coma..He was like that for 3 months..During that time they gave him a trach..He did come out of the coma..he couldnt speak but he understood everything..and he couldnt move except his head..They eventually sent him to 2 different rehabs..What the failed to tell us at the first one..was that he contracted Hospital acquired MRSA on his skin..and that when no one was in the rm he threw up and it flowed back into his trach and he had MRSA inside him..They did not tell us..He died a couple months later...Not long after that within a yrs time..my daughter & her family had a terrible car accident..They survived but both were in the hospital with broken bones, and I had to take in the 2 grandkids, who were in the 4th & 5th grade, we had to pay all their house/rent bills and take care of their animals..The kids stayed with us for months because both parents were in wheel chairs..it was a long recovery for them ..I would do homework with kids then cook enough supper for 7 ppl..and take it to their home every nite for months..I also had to hire a lawyer to take their case since they were not at fault..My husband at that time worked for a lawncare company so we did not have alot of funds..and had no support from anyone..soon after they were able to get around I had my 1st panic attack..didnt know what it was..ended up in the hospital 2 times..I feel I had PTSD..during both these events in my life I also had my Dads brother and brother in law die, my Dads sister died..all in the same 2 yr span..anyway...I eventually went on Clonapin for my panic attacks..They went away..and 1 yr later I took myself off that poison..Since then I've been great but at times now..I have anxiety attacks..and it always stems around the time I go for a ck up knowing I have to get my Blood Pressure taken..THATS what gives me anxiety..When my Dad had his Brain stroke its because he stopped taking his BP meds..I've been on BP meds since he died..I eat healthy and I exersize..and have lost weight..Last night I decided to take my BP and got a terrible anxiety attack which is hanging on today...My question is..Does anyone here have this and what do you take for it?? The Dr. gave me sinus pills for anxiety because I do not want to take the other stuff..Does CBD help at all..any advice would be great..

hello! all of those experiences sound very difficult and traumatizing but its great that you've been able to deal with it all so well- you do sound like a strong person! A therapist might be a great way for you to deal with some of the anxiety around taking your BP. I have heard that CBD oil or pills are great for anxiety and relaxing, although I haven't tried it myself. It could be something to look into! Best of luck to you!!

Hi Missy, that's alot for one person to deal with. Years ago I suffered with anxiety issues and what I do now is find a scripture that deals with the matter concerning me and trust God in faith to work out the issue on my behalf. For instance regarding finances the verse I'm declaring is Philippians 4:19, NIV: "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." Praying for you and wishing you well, God knows exactly what help you need and I pray you receive that help. Blessings🙏🏽💕

Hi Missy, this verse came specially to me for you, as I prayed about the matter. Philippians 4 vs 6-7 NIV:- Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Blessings🙏🏽💕
