God says "Fear not I am with you". So weird to be doing this here, but whatever.

I set my alarm with some gentle music to wake me up, instead of a blaring, annoying alarm. And then while I’m getting ready I listen to music that makes me happy (musicals, Disney, anime theme songs, etc.). Having mood music really helps!

Make sure you plan a small part of your day for “you time” that’ll keep you happy and also I noticed exercise really does help keep your moods good... I always heard that exercise helps produce more serotonin but since I’ve been exercising daily I’ve definitely noticed a huge change in myself.

Watching the birds outside my window while I drink my cup of green tea (I do about 20 to 25 minutes). So very calming and uplifting!

Make your bed and maybe 20 minutes on a treadmill with some good music if you can. Making your bed (sense of accomplishment) very gratifying.

Praying and counting my blessings instead of focusing on what I don't have is what I'm working on now. It's a work in progress but I do feel calmer when I focus on the positive, not the negative. 🙏💜🙏💜

Do as much the night before so many decisions are made before I wake up; set the coffee timer, set out my clothes, pack my lunch etc

Mine all about work.....For me: when off work, be 100% off. For around me: I drive it hard at work (my role is boss), yet as I am making "demands" and hear someone say something that I know means them working off hours, I stop and ask them to think on it and I want to hear what can be achieved during work hours first and if we need to push, what we can offer working a bit extra. Trying to build confidence that no matter what anyone asks of you, you need to think of yourselves and not let anyone drive you to exhaustion (even me). How important it is to level set expectations of your bosses. AND when someone actually commits, they know I will hold them accountable with no excuses, lol. I call my mother and pets "my boss" to help promote the idea that there are more important things out there...

The past can't be changed and the future can't be known so I try to stay in the NOW. And in this moment I choose peace. And joy, and laughter, and love. Knowing that my thoughts determine my feelings, I choose the thought that feels better. Relax. Life is good. In this moment all is well.

I meditate and stretch in the morning and say out loud one thing that I’m grateful for :)

I always enjoy listening to a book in the morning or a news podcast. if quiet is preferred? I recognize unproductive thought I start counting to five repeatedly until the negative spiral ends

I have always prayed and have conversations w/heaven since I can remember as a wee-tot. Also, I agreed, w/myself, to always see the positive side of things and to look for the good in everyone no matter how bad one may think they are. And, there is no such thing as an ugly person if you look inside of someone, you will find beauty even if that person is black-hearted. In conclusion, I try to keep a positive frame of mind, I don't judge, and I never make promises. Not to forget....always give thanks & praise to our Father and all in heaven that watch over us and pray from above for our well-being & safety...Amen

I pray and ask God to show me His will for my life, and I always give thanks for my many blessings. Physically speaking, deep breathing and movement of any kind, but especially outside, no matter the weather will help. I also try to smile at everyone, you just never know how that may impact others, and when you help someone else, you will always be blessed. :)

it helps me most to figure out what exactly is making me feel stressed/annoyed and work on fixing that problem. Always feel like you are rushing to get ready? try waking up earlier. annoyed with traffic on the way to work? try taking a different route (even if it takes a little longer) or listen to a good book to make the drive enjoyable. it might take a while to figure it out but it makes life so much easier!
