SPRING CUT 2021 - DAY 17 20 Hours Fasted
Up just a tick on the refeed again. I'll take it. Broke third consecutive back to back 72 hour fast at almost exactly 72 hours. Ribeye slathered in butter and garlic confit, smoked pork shoulder with Jimmy's Chipotle Sauce, 4 egg feta omelet, Jimmy's Perfect Butter Pie Crust dipped in honey, and balsamic cucumber salad. Best refeed numbers yet - lowest total calories (~2600); lowest carbs (~30g); shortest refeed window (25 min). Third consecutive fast with 100% compliance during the fasting window. Right back into my fourth back to back 72. Also consistently dropping calories from week to week. Currently running just under 1,000k/day. #1 son told me I am "not fat," which is, apparently, "crazy." 32s fitting almost loose. Calling this a win.
