Omg! I've stalled! I've been at this weight for two days now! How do I get the scale to move again??

So frustrating!

I had a 2 hour workout yesterday and only ate like 3400 calories. HELP!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
