Nancy, I put about a tbls each of jalapeño cherry jelly (purchased on vacation) and Chipotle mustard in a bowl, mixed & spread on the salmon. Sprinkled some black pepper & cooked in the oven for 20 min. @ 400 then about 3 minutes under the broiler.
