Squat 3 Sets 135 Bench 3 x sets 135 lbs-190 lbs Dumbell Incline 3 x Sets 50lbs dumbell Shoulder Press 3 x Sets Seated Row 4 sets Row Incline 4 sets
Felt good. I hadn't lifed in a couple of weeks so I lifted light. Hadn't done squats in a couple of months but it felt good.
