Great start today!
Woke up at 530 went to the pool and swam (only 15 min -But did it) -Then an atkins friendly breakfast - off to work - Climbed the 6 flights of stairs today - amazing I can walk at 3.7 miles/hr for 2 hours - but 6 flights of stairs is killing me....I will use the stairs every day now -
My beautiful wife joined me again today fo 7.5 miles walking at 3.5 miles /hr
