I love this picture of you, angelgirl! Wish I could sit and talk about all this stuff... My goals are to maintain below 145 not two above it! But, more than that to learn health maintenance without obsession. To have my eating and working out be so stable and part of my new normal that I don't have to spend every day worrying about if I will do well enough.
