I'll take this as a small "woosh"
Another reason for loving the food diary here is that I keep track of all the things that have apparently been helping with digestion:
Flaxseed meal
Prunes
Yogi Detox Tea
Kombucha
Plain Greek yogurt
Fruits 2-3 every day

Here's a photo of the Yogi detox tee in case anyone is interested in trying.
(from the company)
Yogi Roasted Dandelion Spice DeTox tea blends Roasted Dandelion and Dandelion Root to help support the body’s natural cleansing processes with a combination of Dandelion; traditionally used by herbalists to support liver health. Cocoa Shell and Yogi’s traditional warming spice blend add rich, complex flavor. Enjoy a deliciously purposeful cup of Yogi Roasted Dandelion Spice DeTox tea to help you feel refreshed and in balance!*

Overall dandelion's great for you, but watch drug interactions if you're on any Rx meds. All things in moderation. I seriously will eat the ones in my yard when they're young.

Katsolo ~ That is VERY good to know. I had no idea. Thank goodness I am not but I will definitely research interactions with meds like antibiotics should I ever have to take them. Thank you! I never thought to eat dandelions from the yard. This makes me want to grow them in a garden just to eat :)

You can eat both dandelions and stinging nettles when they're young and tender. The nettles have to be blanched, but they're quite good for you. They sell dandelion greens at my local grocery. I have a whole book on herbs that lists potential interactions, but you can also find it on the web. One to watch is hibiscus tea (jamacha) which is delicious but can lower BP too much if you overdo it or are on meds. Truly off the top my head, antibiotics and antidepressants are drugs the most commonly affected. The other thing to watch out for is the ones that can affect pregnancy or cause miscarriage if that's something you're watching.
