I didn't record my weight yesterday AM cause it was at 6:30....way earlier than usual so I felt it wasn't accurate. I probably should have, then the jump up wouldn't have seemed as dramatic today 😐 We had leftover chicken chile last night & I filled the bowls to the brim to avoid leftovers. I should have stopped eating when I felt full cause we also had multigrain rolls & I felt a little stuffed. I was out in the afternoon, so we had taco salads off a food truck. I only ate about 3 bites of the shell. Trying to be good 😊 I was hungry since breakfast was only an early AM Greek yogurt. When I got home I had a coffee...unusual for me in the afternoon...but it was rainy and I was tired. I convinced myself a couple of cookies was OK. So....I ended up going over my RDI. Not a lot, but several hundred over what I've actually been eating.
My sister, neice & I had a fun outing at the Country Living Festival in Atlanta yesterday. Usually my other 2 sisters join us, but one of them is home recuperating from hip replacement a few days ago. So we missed them, but still had fun. It poured rain all day Friday, so even though it was cloudy yesterday the temperature felt nice...Fall like. We got a lot of walking in. I bought some mercury glass & silver & white Christmas ornaments. Can't believe it's not far off. I love to decorate for the holidays. 😀🎄
