Happy happy Tuesday....
Last night before bed...I used a kettlebell..only a short workout..but wanted to get in the habit of using one...just to rev up body before sleep time...slept great as always..but did notice..I seemed to be hotter in bed last night...I run a fan at night..and the air was on...bed had to be remade this morning..guess I was all over it last night...or something wanted my covers...and I had to fight for my share of them...
Today’s zwift ride/workout was a recovery ride from yesterday’s workout...was a flatter course..but a lotta sweat came out of me this morning...went thru 2 bottles of electrolytes...even had to turn both fans on high..just to help keep the sweat from flowing as much as it wanted to....here is today’s link... https://www.strava.com/activities/2754162677
Noticed yesterday as I was walking thru walmart...shorts I wear was feeling looser in the waist...oh darn...that means fasting does work...and that the nutritionist...may be behind on her thoughts...when I told doctor I was canceling my October appointment with nutritionist...and what she thought about fasting...doctor was ok with it...I’m glad...
Another day of errands this morning...seems like some weeks are like that...
Welp...time to refeed...stop THE FAST...lol...get rest of day lined up...
