Dang, it! I get really bummed when I know I have given myself the advantage of eating foods that are nutritionally dense and I have maintained my calories to under 1500 a day. Exercised all week doing Zumba 3 times a week and going to the gym 3 times. And I gained 1.5 lbs. I know, I know it's water or muscle but it still sucks that the scale didn't decrease this week. I am going to weigh in tomorrow in hopes that my body will figure it out in the 11th hour! Anyway, I will not be discouraged because I am rocking this whether the scale shows it or not!!

Weight fluctuates day to day, what's important is the trend over time. Keep up the good work, it will happen! 🌈🌈🌈

It can be frustrating, for sure, but you're doing great!
I don't know if everyone is like this, but the scale only ever moves for me after a "rest day", even when I'm eating right and exercising hard. It really got to me, until I recognized the pattern.

This is just part of the process. Be patience and stay the course. Nothing good ever happens quickly. Give yourself time, at least 3 weeks, and maintine your consistency. You cannot help but make changes.

I feel your pain! Losing weight for me is nearly impossible but I have committed to staying with the plan regardless of loss or gain because we must work toward keeping our bodies healthy and strong. Keep Grindin’!
