Happy happy Wednesday...got them endorphin critters moving right along this morning already....I actually didn’t have a problem getting in the mood today...was up and on the trainer before 530 am....

Been looking at ebikes online at bike shop....Steven ...I’m only looking...loldont really need another bike...but one that gets 30 miles to a charge..depending on how much you drain the battery...does sound interesting...would give them dogs that are supposed to be tied up...the most exercise they’ve had in a long time...but then again..my luck..they would dodge out in front...and I’d eat pavement....not good...already tasted pavement...can’t say it was an experience I enjoyed..

Zwift ride...20.06 miles...99 min ride..551 elevation...442 calories burned....

Getting ready to head out..errands to take care of...thought I had day off..but sister told me while ago ..her schedule for the day...so guess IL tag along for some fresh outside air...had fresh air yesterday..when I mowed grass...but today I get to be the backseat driver...o boy..o boy...lol....but first stop is McDonald’s...so I can get a mocha....a sugar and coffee buzz...that always makes me more talkative and a better backseat driver...lol

Welp...gotta go go go...have a fantastic day....

Probably was. Dr Joan Ifland gave me an understanding of what was going on in my brain in July. Understanding the chemistry will be of great help going forward. Great to see you wake up with a spark of power, and follow through with a strong ride. Inspiration.
