I’ve been watching my macros carefully and added some additional walking on the evening. Lowered carbs and total intake a bit. I think I’m a bit dehydrated because I woke with a headache but the drop is nice to see given how hard I’ve been working. Heading to the gym per usual this AM so let’s get it l!
224.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
