Mid day update: Did a quick check of ketones and glucose after having a protein coffee, a small steak, and 44 ounces of Diet Cherry Coke. Got a .6 mm ketone reading and 93 on glucose. Mild nutritional ketosis is underway. Going to eat a few cups of broccoli for 100 calories. Will weigh in before dinner in hopes of getting towards 232 something. That will be my weekly weigh in.
