The sun is rising over the tree tops right now, and there's some heat to it. Take the top off and the sweat is running down the sides. Nature is doing it's thing... back to meditation...

Keilin_4 Thank you. It did a lot of good. Life felt more simple and enjoyable after. The sleep monitor gave a better score too. Hope to find for more uncomplicated, low cost ways to bring back that light, carefree kid feeling. Would love to hear you finding a way of some sort to enjoy the sun more.
